Hey Mama, I’m Michelle.
I am super passionate about helping real estate mamas create a balance between their work life and their home life.
I am on a mission and journey with sharing my story with how I have been able to work part time in real estate, make 6-figures a year while still being able to be 100% involved in my kids life.
I am a wife to Joe(we met my senior year in high school when I was 18) and mama to our two wonderful boys.
So I know how you feel and I’ve been where you are. I spent the first 3 years of my real estate career working 60 hours a week, working every weekend, multiple open houses every weekend, trying to land cold leads given to me by another agent or team lead at a 50/50 split, farming a neighborhood, feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and burnt out. Not to forget the stress of making sure I had enough business and a steady flow of clients. Trying to Balance it all! Not having control of my schedule and wanting to make sure I was giving my clients 100% attention. I was failing every day and had horrible mom guilt! I was trying to be present for my kids and husband and present for my clients all at the same time.
Then, I found the light at the end of the tunnel. When I switched my business to a referral only business my clients were willing to work around my schedule. I started having a constant flow of clients and referrals every month and throughout the year. I do not do any cold calling, door knocking, farming, or pay for cold online leads. My clients respect me and my time. They treat me like the professional that I am. And most importantly I am 100% involved in my kids life. I am happy, healthy and I get to be the most fulfilled version of myself possible.
Now I am so excited to spend my time helping fellow real estate mamas get to that same place in their lives.
When I am not working with clients or helping other real estate mamas, I’m usually working out, out on our boat at the lake or reading a good book.
