This last week I closed on a home where I helped some first time home buyers purchase their dream home. They were referred to me from some friends of mine. It was so wonderful working with them and they were very appreciative of my time and treated me like the professional I am. They were sweet enough to write this amazing testimonial on Zillow for me. This is what I love about this.. they were referred to me… they worked around my schedule the entire process… they treated me like the professional I am…. They are now by biggest advocates and plan to refer me to everyone they know!! I mean seriously it can’t get any better than this. I did not pay for this referral, it was given to me. They were wonderful to work with and now they are my biggest advocates. But as real estate agents we want to continue to spend thousands of dollars every month on cold leads who do not trust us, do not appreciate us and expect and demand all of our time from us. Why do we continue to run our business this way???
